What wasn't wrong with Wes?
Today, I got to hear about how much his head hurt, his knee hurt, and his neck hurt. All were "killing" him of course.
Oh, yeah, and he thinks he has carpal tunnel. That's a new one.

Left eye and finger
Wes needs to go to bed at a reasonable time tonight because his left eye is pounding and he ripped his fingernail off so now his finger is throbbing too.
He still managed to run errands after I got home from work.

Oh, goodie!
Wes's head is "killing" him and it's been hurting so long today that he's now sick to his stomach from it.
I can't wait to get off of work now!

Knee pain means you need more sleep.
Wes's knee was "killing" him last night. He went to bed an hour early to recover.

Left the Gin Blossoms for a "terrible headache"
The Gin Blossoms were doing a free concert and we had to leave because of Wes's "terrible headache".
At least we beat the crowd?

Early to bed.....two nights in a row!
Wes had to go register his son for school in one of the worst middle schools in the state. His son was supposed to be going to one of the best but the TLDR version is he can't now.
Wes said the thought of registering his son to go to this awful school had his "stomach rolling" and he had a migraine. He also said he didn't sleep well the night before (when he went to bed early) so he was exhausted too.
So when he got home and ate dinner, he went to bed. I did guilt him into putting the leftovers away so I guess there's that.

"Exhausted"
It's 5 till 7pm and Wes just went to bed. He's "exhausted" and had a "hell of a day" at work.
I should give him my on-call pager that has gone off once an hour most nights for the past month and then ask him who has a hell of a day.
No, I'm not bitter.

Foreshadowing text?
Just got a text: "Think I'm getting sick sneezing like crazy and a runny nose my head is pounding"

Allergic to giving baths?
So once again I'm giving the boys a bath by myself because Wes's stomach hurts. This seems to be a common occurrence lately. Time to see a doctor for stomach issues?
It's hard to post here on the weekends
The only story from the weekend is that we decided to order pizza on Saturday night and our youngest isn't old enough to eat dinner without assistance so even though I was the furthest one from our youngest, Wes was done eating and I hadn't even started eating yet, Wes got up from the table and said he couldn't sit there anymore because his back was "killing" him and he went and sat on the couch. So I had to hold off on my meal to move seats and help my youngest tear up his pizza so he could eat it.
Uneventful weekend otherwise.

At least the TV stand is built
We got a new TV stand since our old one was a death trap waiting to happen. And, of course, my kids are obsessed with it. I wanted it built ASAP but Wes's knee is "killing" him tonight so getting our stand built tonight was looking bleak.
Luckily, Wes sucked it up and helped me build it and we even got the old one out to the curb.
Woot!
He's usually not so vague
Wes went to bed about 45 minutes early last night. He said he didn't feel good, but didn't elaborate and tell me about every pop and crack and ache in his body so I'm going to call that a win.
One of the boys fell asleep early too so at least Wes going to bed early didn't stop him from having to put one kid to bed.

Saved by the trip
I had to take my brother to the airport yesterday and since I was 3 hours away from home, I decided to check out some stores in the area after dropping my brother off.
Late yesterday afternoon, I got a text from Wes asking if I knew when I'd be home. I said I was almost ready to head back but that I was going to stop and eat somewhere for dinner so it might be a while. He said he hadn't been feeling well all day and that his stomach hurt. I'm SURE that would've led to an early bedtime for Wes if I had been home.
He did ask how my ear was though (it's MUCH better by the way...Flonase, Sudafed and Neti Pot to the rescue!)

Karma
So I think starting this blog might've sent bad karma vibes my way. I had to go see a Dr today because I can barely hear out of my right ear and it's been like this for 2 days. It's almost like swimmer's ear without the water sound and none of the free advice Dr. Google gave was helping.
Anyway, apparently, I have an allergy to pollen and so allergies are causing the pressure and blockage in my ear.
On Sudafed and Flonase for now.
No complaints from Wes today.....yet.

Family reunions are exhausting.....
....and give you "terrible headaches" apparently.
So true though. Family reunion yesterday. Today? I slept until 11:30 am and Wes went to bed at 6pm for the night.

That didn't take long
Tonight the boys needed a bath. Wes couldn't do it because his knee was "killing" him!
I'm going to give him a slight pass tonight because I did have 6 wasps attack me when I took the recycling out (suffered one minor sting on the forehead) and Wes came and found the nest that was hidding under the lip of our recycling container and killed it.
He only gets a slight pass because taking out the trash/recycling is a "man's job" so I shouldn't have been put in the position to be attacked by those wasps in the first place. ;)
What's Wrong With Wes (W4)
A co-worker of mine said I should start a blog and write in it every time my husband, Wes, complains about some ailment that is bothering him.
It might be fun reading (for others) about every time I have to hear my husband complain about the following:
His Knee
His Head
His Shoulder
His Stomach
His Neck
I'm sure I missed something, but these things don't just bother him, they are "KILLING" him.
He's also "exhausted" when he's not complaining about one of the above body parts. So I'll probably let you in on how many times I have to hear about that.
Maybe I can make a tally scoreboard thing to see which ailment "wins".
